Booking and cancellation policy |

All appointments need to be secured with a valid
debit/credit card. |
|
We accept payment by cash or cheque, debit card or
credit card (except Diner Cards and Discover Card). |

Debit cards – incurs NO processing fee |
|
Credit cards – incurs 3% processing fee |
|
All bookings are subject to 50% deposit payable at
the time of booking. |
|
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your
appointment, a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule
notice is required; failure to do so will result in
the full cost of your treatment being debited from
your card. |

Before booking your treatment please check
“contraindications” list to ensure that the
treatment is suitable for you. |

Confidentiality |
|
All client information remains strictly confidential
and no information regarding your health problem is
passed to any other practitioner unless the client
has given his/her consent. |
